Payment Options

All major cards accepted. We also have PayPal and Zip Pay available. 

 

Shipping 

Orders take a standard 1-3 business days to process, which is applied on top of the following shipping times.

Standard Domestic Shipping: 2-6 business days.

Express Domestic Shipping: 1-3 business days.

All orders are delivered by Australia Post.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Pick Up/ Click n Collect

Pick up orders are usually ready in 2-3 business days. A text or email will be sent out to you with further details when your order is ready for collection. Pick up location is Melton, Victoria.

 

 

Lost Package

We are not responsible for any orders lost, damaged or held in transit. Once your parcel is given to Australia Post it is no longer our responsibility and any lost, damaged or held in transit parcels will need to be addressed with auspost directly. We also do not take responsibility for any stolen parcels, please ensure someone is home when parcels are being delivered to avoid this. 

 

Wrong address

Please email us at aboutblingcollective@hotmail.com as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. We will be able to change address up until we have printed a shipping label for you, unfortunately if a shipping label has already been purchased we will no longer be able to change your address and an extra shipping fee/label will need to be applied/purchased.

If package is returned to sender (us), we will be able to ship the package back out to you with new shipping costs having to be covered by you.

Didn’t receive order confirmation 

Please ensure you are checking your junk inbox as our emails are often sent here.

If you are still unable to find your confirmation email, please email us at aboutblingcollective@hotmail.com with your full name, address and email used for the order.

Safety Keychains are not designed to be a weapon or cause bodily harm. We take no responsibility for any misuse of the safety keychains.

Please keep safety keychains away from children under the age of 5. Items are not a toy and present as a risk and choking hazard due to small parts.

Please do not leave snow globe drink ware in direct sunlight or heated spaces as this can cause the cup to crack. 

 

Damaged and Missing Items
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and conduct thorough quality checks on items before shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. 

Please email us at aboutblingcollective@hotmail.com with your order number and images of the damaged product or details of missing product. 

We will not accept any claims outside of this 48 hour window.

 

Warranty

All items have a 14 day warranty, this warranty is from the day of delivery (parcel received). 

All warranty claims can be made via email, please ensure you include your order number and images of the broken item in the claim. If no images of the broken item is included, we unfortunately can not accept the claim. Successful claims will be replaced if item is still in stock or a refund can be processed. Any claims after 14 days will not be accepted.

Please note, claims will not be accepted due to customer error ie: dropping the item.
