Refund policy
Due to health and sanitary reason, we don’t accept any returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.
Damaged and Missing Items
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and conduct thorough quality checks on items before shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Please email us at aboutblingcollective@hotmail.com with your order number and images of the damaged product or details of missing product.
We will not accept any claims outside of this 48 hour window.
Warranty
All items have a 14 day warranty, this warranty is from the day of delivery (parcel received).
All warranty claims can be made via email, please ensure you include your order number and images of the broken item in the claim. If no images of the broken item is included, we unfortunately can not accept the claim. Successful claims will be replaced if item is still in stock or a refund can be processed. Any claims after 14 days will not be accepted.
Please note soft charms are more durable than metal charms and are recommended more for every day use than the metal charms.
