Shipping 

Orders take a standard 3-10 business days to process, which is applied on top of the following shipping times.

Standard Domestic Shipping: 2-7 business days.

Express Domestic Shipping: 1-3 business days.

All orders are delivered by Australia Post.

Please note Australia Post are currently experiencing delivery delays therefore delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Pick Up/ Click n Collect

Pick up orders are usually ready in 3-10 business days. A text or email will be sent out to you with further details when your order is ready for collection.

 

Lost Package

We are not responsible for any orders lost, damaged or held in transit. Once your parcel is given to Australia Post it is no longer our responsibility and any lost, damaged or held in transit parcels will need to be addressed with auspost directly. We also do not take responsibility for any stolen parcels, please ensure someone is home when parcels are being delivered to avoid this.
